A Students Success story is when a teenager comes up to me on the street and excitingly says thanks I really thank you. Eyes wide open, big smile on his face, and it's like I've done something special. Well, hopefully I really have helped him or her.

The truth is I also was in a rut when I studied at high school. When I had just started high school one of my teachers whacked me around the ear because I was slightly out of line before class, and that triggered me from being a very passionate individual to becoming a quiet subdued kid who couldn't understand what was going on.

No one really knew about what happened, and I suppose being young I just took it for granted and paid the price. One way or another there are millions of kids around the globe who have different stories that have effected them. Very often they don't understand, reject order, and take the easy way out.

I also took the easy way out, and as a consequence hardly ever paid attention during classes. Teachers couldn't understand me and to be honest I couldn't understand myself. When I finally left school after my GCE 'O' levels I failed every single one.


If you read this far you are one of three people. 1) a student 2) a teacher, or 3) a parent. If you are a student, the one who is lost, or wanting to do better but don't know how.
